Why no servers????
 

I'm been playng since one month ago.
The worse problem Is that many times all server with low ping (less than 300) are all full!!!
There are two solutions: -EA make the single player ranked and lan game too.
-EA make it will be MORE server with lower lag (be killed by a M4 only cause there is lag and you can shoot only 2 rounds before get killed is very fustrating....:mad:

take the patch off. DO NOT USE THE PATCH .

get ready for an independant ranking system.
gamespy and EA think that they have it all sewn up between them.

How about a game joiner that ignores them both but looks at a different database for servers, where all those clan servers and independant servers can register for free (and get some sort of ranking) and players can then have more choice (and also register for free).

Would Battlefield2 players like that?

All Ranked servers are Through EA in a sense.
EA gives permision to certain hosts to have the ability to rent ranked servers. So although you are renting from Joes schmo servers. He has to have permission and the software to run the ranked servers.

Yea, I see how EA wants you to have a single central ranking system that has strict guidelines on use. But the whole "getting Permission" and possilby paying EA to run it is really gay. If you guys at wolfstuff can get a workign version out I know my lcan would be the first to adopt it.
