[Help] .EXE -> Patch? Unlocking Battlefield 2 Weapons

Okay lemme say this clearly:

I don't play online for this game cuz of my sucky internet connection and the fact that my computer has problems with playing this game online.

I found this executable file over the internet (for BF2 v1.41) where you run it while BF2 is running (the .EXE file opens a command window), and when it's done, you can use all the weapons. Yes, it works, the arrows show up, etc. BUT when you close BF2, you need to run the executable again for the weapons to unlock. So yeah. You can close the command window once it's done btw.

My question is: is there a way to turn this particular .EXE file into some sort of patch file? So that I just run it once and that's all I need? Just so that I don't need to run it everytime I play? >.<

View the attachment for what shows up when you run the EXE file with BF2 open/minimized. It only takes like 2 seconds to complete. But can this be turned into a patch?
