Have you already made a existing account? Did you check your inbox incase you didn't get the email. Check in the Junk/Spam folders as well.

There was an issue quite a while back about problems creating online accounts, here is some advice from the EA help website.

For Battlefield 2, a pre-existing GameSpyID account may impact your attempts to register the account. In order to avoid any conflicts make sure to follow the guidelines below.

* Use the Retrieve Account tab instead of the Create Account tab when using a pre-existing account.
* If you use the same email address that you have linked to your GameSpyID, use the same password as well.
* If you use the same nickname as an existing GameSpyID, it must be a case sensitive match, otherwise you may create a new nickname that will be linked to your account.
* You may also create a new account with a different email address.

If you have forgotten your GameSpyID password you can request it through the game by clicking on the "Forgot password" link on the login screen.

These steps to retrieve an account will only work with GameSpy Accounts created for Battlefield 2, not for an older GameSpyID used with other titles.
