Odd bf2 error
 

my battlefield 2 is sadly acting up. i can play singleplayer games fine, but whenever i go to play an online game i can load the game and get to the spawn screen, but that's it. i can clisk join game, and hear people talking and see the battle playing out but i can never spawn. i get stuck on the spawn screen, but my keyboard and mouse dont respond AT ALL, so the cursor just sits in the middle of the screen. i have uninstalley multiple times, can anybody help me???

Did you delete all the game folders after uninstalling though? To uninstall properly you must delete thegame folders in program files and my documents.

hey matey!!

from what i can read , i had the same problem so i found this patch from microsoft and it made it possible to play online. LOL i didnt play for about 6 months and by chance i found it.. http://kortlink.dk/microsofthotfix/3gnr
1 more thing dont forget to patch up to the latest 1.41 good luck:)

hey, thanks for your help guys! i'm gonna go try that out! i can see that what you mean is when you uninstall and it asks you if you want to delete profiles, etc that will still be stored on your computer and i havent done that yet, but now i see that i should. this should all go over fine, because i can just go and retrieve the account when i'm done!! thanks again!:nodding:
