BF SF sever problems

when ever i try to join a server it fully connects but then goes back to the main menu telling me that it won't start un less i revert the battlefield 2 to the official version or something like that.. anyone had this problem?

Do you have the latest patch? Remember you have to re-patch after you install Special Forces.
