Looking for the Metal Marines Clan (=MM=)
 

This isn't a recruitment thread, more of a request for assistance from the BF2 community. I'm looking for an old BF1942 clan I used to be in called 'The Metal Marines'. I know they would have moved to BF2, sadly I am unable to find there site or any contact information. In fact I can't find anything related to them via google. (which is odd). I can't see this group being disbanded, they were all mature, good people. We had some good times.

Anyway if you have any info at all in regards to this clan could you please post or message me and let me know?

My in-game tag was, =MM= rAw.

yeah they should be still active i did a search on =MM= tag in bf2 and 12 people came up soo keep looking

yep thats us. things aint goin that great as of late. someone got tacks credit / bank information and wiped his account out. the website and teamspeak went down recently but i hear the forums are still floating around somewhere gotta find that out. our bf2 server went down couple of months ago when the crap happened since the where all owned by tack and he had to get all new bank info. did you play desert combat with MM or just bf1942.

I started before the DC mod was out, but did play it with the clan for a bit before I went offline. I was living with 4 other roommates at that time then things went sour and I ended up moving out. The comp I was using was my roommates. When I got setup on my own, I was working so much that I didn't have time to get back into the game.

I'm sorry to hear about the troubles. I would like to help out. I will check out the site and see where I can go from there. I still have BF1942 and also BF2.


I would like to help out. First thing I will do is register on the forums you have now and go from there. I don't know how many members are left from my time. I remember Tackleberry, Soul-something (not sure his full nick) and Dirty Dozen (me and him used to play all the time).

Ahh thats it. Are they still with the clan? Heh, I used to have quite the good games with DD. Would be good seeing him again. Will be nice seeing them all again, it's been like 3 years. :/
