Looking For: Clans To Merge With, Clans To Scrim With, Players 18 Years Or Older!

First Off, Clan Merging:

I'm just passing out ideas at the moment. Nothing is definate.

I've been thinkin about clan merging. We were offered by another clan to merge and in case that doesn't work out, i want to know how many other clans would like to merge with us.

Why am I toiling around the idea of merging? Very simple really. It's an idea to bring in new blood, tactics, skill that we might be missing, and more dedicated members. Our members are very skilled, but we lack the amount of members to make a decent game or scrim. Our tactics need revamping and we need new blood to fill in the ranks and the skill that we are missing on our team (maining foot soldiers).

Rules and how the clans will be merged (meaning who gets what name and who gets to be the clan leader, and bla bla bla) are to be discussed and agreed upon by the clan leaders, not here There's always time for that later. I just want to know who would be INTERESTED in such an idea with us.

Our clan is like a family to us so we only have a couple rules that clans must think about before merging:

1) Youngest member has to be at least 18 (a very reasonable request)
2) Clan must not be a cheating clan in anyway (this is a very big one)
3) Clan must use teamspeak (only because it's a pain to convert over to ventrilo and vice versa. Don't get me wrong, ventrilo rocks, but once you've been using a certain program for a long ass time, you kinda want to stick with what you know).

There's probably other stuff I'm forgetting, but those are the main ones.

So who's interested?

Second, Clan Scrimming:

:Strike Force Alpha: (:SFA is looking for clans to scrim us on a weekly/bi-daily schedule. These either need to be a set day and time for each week or scheduled in advance for each week if not the same day and time. Currently, at this point in time, we don't have enough members to fill in a full scrim or match, which brings me to my next point...

We are also looking for members to fill our ranks so that we can rejoin the ladders. We are a 18 years or older clan with most members in the age range of 25-40...ish.

In this clan, it's all about personalities and fitting in. You don't have to be perfect in order to join our clan because skill is always changable...personalities are not.

:SFA: Used to be in the top 10 in TWL so much so infact we matched over first place and lost to 20id and teamwarchild. Or average slot was 6th place and then fell to 14-16th. We also joined gametracks because the passion for BFV in our clan was lacking greatly and nobody wanted to play so to get the number required we went coop with another group. Now, we're ready to rock and roll in Battlefield 2, but we need more members!

We've decided not to merge with any clan. Thanks to all of those that showed interest and took the time to reply and chat with us. But it's the agreement of the clan not to merge, unless a clan just wants to join us and keep our rules and tag and such.
