Question....

What do I get if I download the newest patch, and do I have to download the newest patch If I want to play Multi Player???Booring question I know but I need to know....

Its a good idea to get the patch, most people do, and when they run servers, you need the same version patch or higher to join. Patchs have updates, like corrections, and they fix screwups made in the game, like errors.
