problem when loading Demo Wake map

i have a problem that pisses me off!:mad: when ever i try to to load the map it goes about 10% of the way and then it just goes back to the desktop as if it shits me out:moon: it pisses me off so much cause i wanna play this game. SO HELP ME PLZ!:(
