Juz bought retail ver of BF1942

Juz bought the retail ver of BF1942. Can i juz install the latest patch - 1.31 or do i need to start from 1.0 etc ?

Yes download merciless 4.0, it changes all the sounds in BF1942 to sound more realistic. Get some of there skin packs 2, it makes the maps skins more historic.
