cannot run game pls help

whe i click on bf1942 road to rome i get the following error message A required .DLL file, BINKW32.DLL was not found. Now i havent played bf 1942 in a while but i got the 1.31 patch and i guess thats the latest patch cause i went to the offcial site and clicked on patches and thats all it had so some help would be welcome........... o yeah and my old screen name was sith warrior 69 thanx

Isn't this the second thread about this problem shroomleater033?

I checked and BINKW32.DLL should be in your main Battlefield 1942 folder, I can only suggest reinstalling BF1942 and see how you go.

re-install the game , i think you have a file missing ..... , or mayb 1 file ran out of ur game folder :smokin: :smokin:
