evenin ;)
new to the scene, sorry if this has been asked a million and one times.

played BF for a while now, then installed patch 1.31 then found mods :D

installed the blood one, the B17 one, something about one with flamethrowers etc, stuff like that, bot none that say "Fo 1.2" cuz mine is newer....

anyhoo, I went to the custom game part and there is nothing except "BF1942 1.31"

any ideas what im doing wrong? I put them in archives like it sad, followed the readmes to the letter...

sorry, can anyone help please? I have cookies :fistpunch:

The older mods of 1.2 arent compatibile with the newer version of 1.31. Sorry. :cya:

I didnt install any 1.2s....

at least not purposely. Are there ANY 1.31 mods?

Hi too_much,

Keep in mind that some of the mods were made for ver1.1 and maybe this wasn't stated that they were for that version. That being said, the mods you quoted seem to be OK. However the things you have downloaded I think were mini mods, not the full mods like Desert Combat, and you may need to edit your init.con file to get them to work, there should be instructions on what to do in all the mods. Post a link here for mod you downloaded and I will have a look at it for you.

the one that looks most fun is Heavy Bombardment. Flamethrowers etc...

Also one that adds a gun to the back of the jeep?

sorry if I sound pathetically retarded, but up to now I just played and got on with it, only found out there were mods the other day, when I decided to look for some :rolleyes:

Any ideas?

some of them require you to edit the init.con file or have an init.con file in the mod directory....
