Battlefield is freezing after xp pro install

I have a
p3 750 (sorry)
radeon 7500 64
384mb ram

When i had me Battlefield ran perfect, but now that i installed xp i will get a blew screen every once in a while saying various things
sometimes has a atidiag.dll error thing i dunno whats goin on.
any advice (ahaahah other then upgrading my computer)

Hi lactating_boob (Just one?),

If you haven't done so already I suggest immediately upgrading all your drivers to the latest. While your PC may still be working ok without upgrading the drivers it doesn't mean that they are 100% compatible with XP, and that is likely causing the problem.

The atidiag.dll error message is obviously to do with your video card drivers (ie: ATIdiag.dll). So get your new drivers and if you still have the problem let me know.
