cant install battlefield

I just bought Battlefield 1942 World War 2 Antology. I snstall the first cd then the second. at about 87 percent it says it cant acess media or summin like that? what should i do?

I have windows XP
200gb hardrive loads of ram. got all the requirements etc.

nvrmind. i just exchanged it at the store and the new one works
