Error: Filed to Connect

Sorry if this has been answered before. Anyway i get this message whenever i try connecting to any server. I have a software firewall so i thought that might be the problem so i disabled it and it made no differance. I don't know what to do please help.

Normally a firewall should not be a problem, however it may be that you will need to uninstall it to actiually get the game working, some software firewall don't always release the ports when they are disabled.
