Could someone tell me how to skin 4 bf? i need 2 know how 4 mod.

There is a good guide to help you get started called "Pork's Basic Skinning Toutorial". I dont remember excactly where to get it, but try looking around the main bf sites such as bf42.com, and I'm sure it'll be easy to find.

It's right here in the download section under tutorials,don't miss it,it can be considered as basic training!
