i need skinning help
 

i already know how to skin, but i dont know how to make transparent textures. what i want to know is how to make one of the soldier's helmets transparent, CAN ANYONE HELP???????

Transparent as in clear? You might need to adjust the alpha channel to do what you want. I don't know what program you are using to skin with but I think that changing the alpha channel will do what you want. :)

You're Welcome. BTW Alpha channels control transparancy. You will need to usually make the part of the image that you want to be transparent to a dark gray or black. Paint only on the alpha channel when you do this. This should give you the desired effect.:)

Yeah I made a cool invisable zero once. But too bad you could still see the pilot.
