Installing a mod
 

Okay so I just downloaded desert combat and I'm not sure where to put it. I also can't find readme on how to install it. Any help would be really helpful. Thanks for your help. Peace:rock: :rock: :rock:

Place it in C:\(or whatever drive BF is in) program files\EA Games\ Battlefield1942\Mods. That's where u put it. Then just enter BF and select "Custom Game" and activate Desert Combat.

do what he said. when i DL it, it came with an installer

Or put it in the battlefield main folder.

I tried that but it didn't work does it matter if I have RTR too?:confused:

i have RtR and it does not effect RtR i can play DC with the RtR disk and im fine...

First download the 0.2 patch and install it. Than download the 0.25c patch. That will work i think.:cya:

Go to custom (menu in the game) and activate desert combat 0.2(5c).
