Serverside altering

Hey guys i was wondering if any of u know how to alter maps from the server side like ive seen in some other servers....
I have tried to recreate maps in Battlecraft but it crashes to desktop when i load.

Please can u guys help me or gimme a link...
Would be cool if u can
