Default Browing Hi Power Vs Berreta 92

Does anyone else think the browning is the better all round weapon?

Browning Hi Power is better, the british SAS use it (soon repliaced by a SIG), however compaired to the berreta it is an expensive gun

They replaced the L9A1 with the L05A1 in the mid 80's. L9A1 is still in regular armed forces service though.

Definatly not. Well, the Beretta M9 military version, or the 92 civvie pistol?

The M9 is larger, but also hase a 15 round hi-capacity magazine. It is reliable, and quite accurate for a service pistol. The sighting sytem is more advanced than the Browning's, and the gun can operate in harsher conditions.

Plus the HP's grip is terrible. Reminds me too much of a 1911, minus the 200 gram, .45ACP punch of that gun. The Beretta 92/96 series guns all feature a good, wide grip for better control of the gun.
