Looking for a active Desert Combat / B1942 RTR unit

hello I am looking for a english speaking unit cause I only speak english and bad english. I have a microphone so I can use voice comms. I am a good team player, heroes are good to have but team work is more important in my book. I have some real life military exp, as well as some leadership skills even though I prefer to follow than lead that way its the other guys fault not mine. I can do all the ground forces very well, and can use artillery and armor. I am no fighter pilot but can fly good enuff to make a transport pilot for the C130s and Hueys. I have yet to beach a ship, so far I have been doing just fine as a surface ship driver, but my sub skills suck. I am looking for a unit that has it together, has a working web of communications, and is active with at least 10 members or more. I can be a very useful asset to your unit if you give me the chance.
