I`ve been playing bf 1942 for 2-3 mths.I`m not going to hype myself as a great player but i think i can hold my own.my main reason for wanting to try a clan is for team play!A friend and myself avg. 16-18 hrs a week playing bf.I consider myself a very teamplay orienented person.If anyone is interested please drop me an email at oneiceman@comcast.net

Advanced Strike Force is still looking for people to join our DC division. Membership in [ASF] now means that you have access to and membership rights on:

Our 32 Player Public BF1942 DC.6 Server - [ASF]DC .6 Server
Our 50 Man Private Ventrilo Server
Members only forums and other exclusive content (including BETA Maps from our own inhouse mappers)

Additionally those that contribute to the server fund get access to our private 55 GB FTP server that we use to house the latest BF Patches and DC Updates. No more waiting in line for hours to download the latest patches -- [ASF] has them all in-house at blazing speeds*.

To top things off we'll be adding a 32 Man Public BF:Vietnam Server the day it comes out.

We also plan to enter CAL play in the next season for Desert Combat, so we are looking for some dedicated gamers to help out with league play.

In addition, we plan to become self-suficent in the coming months with some product ideas that we think the whole Battlefield 1942 community, and possibly even the whole gaming community, would find very intriguing. Eventually, we hope to not need any donations to the clan to fund servers and the like!

What really sets [ASF] apart from the rest? You can take command! We have a standing rule that whomever volunteers (and is chosen) to create a map strategy for a match gets to command their map during the match. So YOU CAN TAKE CHARGE and run the show, unlike some other clans that only ever allows their 'leadership' to. What fun is that?
