can I put mod maps in my xbox?

I have this question because i always see taht mod maps in the pc in youtube but i want to play in my xbox with that mods

Thats not possible, if you want to play the mods and the maps you gotta have the PC version(always go for PC version over console for this reason).

Actually no.

The guys at Gametoast are actually making a mod pack for the XBox. I don't really know if it's out yet or not.


*EDIT* But there ARE some pretty good maps for the PC.

It's not out yet, but I can tell you this much:

1-It's not easy
2-You have to have the original source files for the map, you can't just install a PC map you downloaded.
3-You have to manually compile everything (which is why I'm just making ONE addon pack)
4-It's more limited in the PC --- the memory is smaller, so some things have to be cut
5-I have no release date. My wife is having a baby soon and we're moving to a new house. "Fall 2009" is the best I can do.
6-You need a modded Xbox and an understanding on how to transfer files via FTP. Because this could be misused I will not teach you to do so. If you're interested Google is your buddy.
