A new battlefront was announced on StarWars.com on the 26(of May). It is called: Star Wars Battlefront: Elite Squadron. It will be released in the fall on the PSP and DS. For more info click here. Or here for the offical site.

it will only have classes on the ds version. psp still has customization.
on the upside, maybe the psp will allow players to have personalized classes through the customization. tweak each classes loadout and abilities. now that would be awsome.

also, this game is supposed to have the transition from land to space element in it.

i have a ds but ds games have weird graphics. i guess ill still get it. i wish they'd make it for pc thought. who knows i might get a psp!

Why oh why..... this is just Renegade squadron but for the clone wars, which might I add by now is WAY overdone. If only they learned from their mistakes in bf2 and Renegade squadron.

What I expect

*Classes=Republic commandos,etc
*Accurate Classes=Magnaguard with Electro Staff
*New Maps=Planets not in Battlefront before
*New Heroes=Padme,Lando,Dash,etc
*New Eras=Jedi Civil War,New Jedi Order,Yuzzhan Vong
*New Vehicles=Scrabs,MTTs,AT-UT

Generlcname5632 did you hear that free radical was bought out? there was rumor that the company that bought them would finish the job but that was some years ago...I say there is a 98% change that the game has been deleted never EVER to be seen again. (but I'm still hanging on to that 2% )
