| Murphy's Law - Anything that can go wrong will go wrong. There's plenty of variations and I think 2142 deserves some such to counter 'You Know You've Played too Much Battlefield 2 When...': - Battlewalker vents which are vulnerable to small-arms are an invention intended to make you feel better when a T39 Bogatyr treads on your face. - If you're at 4hp screaming for a medic, the nearest Assault will either be dead or deaf. - If you're bingo on ammo, shouting for supplies, then nearest Support will be either camping or trying to hit someone several kilometres away. - Despite their past experience, Battlefield 2 veterans have quickly learned that in the 22nd century, the first to hit the prone button often loses. - Gunships will always come in from behind. - Five times out of ten, you're going to be stuck with the squad leader who flies around in a gunship refusing to give orders*. - *Ten times out of ten, if you bitch about it, he'll kick you out**. - **Same odds, said squad is the largest and somehow the most effective squad in the server. Post your own! |

| - When nothing is happening in Titan defence, most of the team will be defending, but when few people are defending, they all rush on board (had that one many times).

| - If the enemy has all the silos, your entire team is sitting aboard the Titan. - If you can see a gunship, the chances are that it can see you. - An enemy Engineer will always bail out if their vehicle nears death. Should they survive, they'll probably hit you with their AT weapon and claim victory no matter how hard you fought. |

| - Demolition packs don't give second chances to the team mates you just blew up because you thought "they were the enemy!" - Sitting in a Titan artillery gun and killing your team mates below doesn't make you a good player. It makes you a douchebag. Of course, you'll be on the team that everyone is shouting at because you have the douchebag in your Titan.

| Without fail, the only time a surprise enemy will come around the corner on you is when you are reloading Whenever you switch to a different weapon to better handle the situation that just killed you, you will immediately see nothing but situations where the previous weapon was superior. Enemy sentry guns are Godlike death reavers seeking and sowing destruction to your team on a constant basis. Your own sentry gun couldnt hit ray charles in a parking lot on a sunny day 10 feet away. 150 years in the future, the battlefield will be ripe with hover tanks, forcefields, stealth camoflage and energy based weaponry. You will still get stabbed by a guy with a pointy piece of metal. and he will still teabag you. somethings never change.

| Amen. The number of times I've been killed or shot at by by my own titan guns because they couldn't differentiate between friend or foe is unbelievable. |

| u cant blame them.... sometimes it really is hard to spot friend from foe at that distance... but when u see a certain pattern ( like one i saw last time when i insulted that guy manning the titan gun ) u know hes holding a grudge...... ( mainly because i had over 20 deaths because of that insult )

| - no matter how good or great you are someone in the server will try and say you are noob and that they are better... Even if you were on a respectable CAL, TWL, TGL team, and your kill to death is 13 times better then the said one... |

| - A Apc is more off a killing machine then a 20 feet High robot with miniguns and rockets - In the futere you have shitty weapons, and rockets that kill in 2 hits. - A shotgun fired at point blank range wont kill you, but a Spec Ops behind you will. - Sentry Guns can see through walls, through stealht and will always be placed inside the titan. - Ive you do teamwork you lose, Ive you are a loner WIN WIN. - You must escape a titan that is exploding and ive you jump out and land underneed it you will be safe. |

| -Parachutes are even better in the 22nd century- they used to save you from jumps off of 2 story buildings, now they save you from 100+ foot jumps when you let out the parachute 9 feet above the ground. -The soldiers of the future can't go prone in half of a second to get Master Chief-like aim. -Some
