2142 rank up problems

ive recieved 3 promotions already but after the round end and i click the choose unlock button it says i dont have any!!!
anyone know whats gone wrong
oh and i didnt get my free rank from game >

about the free rank : did you sign up for the veteran program ? and did u use the same account to register bf2142 ?

promotions : ive had that to, i gained 2 ranks but didnt receive any unlocks. the next i logged in i could choose both of em at once so ea master server is just a bit slower but last ranks i havent had those probs anymore

only problems i have ar the server crashes.... not as many as there with bf2 patch 3 i think but still a bit to much

After leaving a server, just click the log out button in the top right corner, then log back in, and your promotions should appear.

I keep getting error messages when trying to connect to servers sometimes... though I think it's something to do with my router.

yes, im a vetern and its the same account, but ive tried logging in and out and ive waited for 4 days and theyve still not appeared, and im not getting my pins and badges either
