Default Patch Isnt working
ok i just got bf2 and i went to bigpond and downloaded the 1.41 patch i open it install it and i open bf2 and it says i still using 1.29 :S what is wrong with this i restarted my computer installed patch again and still wont work!

oh and its Battlefield 2 Deluxe Edition ^+^

Yes it is, your version number should be 1.1.2965-797.0. The version number in-game has absolutely no relation to the actual patch number.

but when i try and play on line it wont connect to any severs!

How'd it go LP?

Im d/l'ing BF2's 1.41 patch now, is this the latest patch for it? ( Noob I am , sorry) Ive been busy with a wee baby and COD2, thght I try my good 'ole BF2 again. Things are moving on ah. :/
