2000 points servers
 

i heard from rumors that bf2 servers that have a point system
that could be changed like 1 kill 2000 points
AND ITS RANKED :confused: :eek:

do anyone have more info of that
(no ip's ore server names i am not a padder)
but i wanna know if this kind of hacked servers existes

jes there is one i played on it i got 26000 points 13 kills
the admin said hes running it on his own server and its correct because he had 1 to 3 ping and i got the points counted up.
but ist verry laggy and youre risking a reset and its noobish and i wont tell u the name ore ip because i dont play ever on it anymore :smokin:

it is not posable there are stats loaded to a EA server and reviewd by a algorithm that looks for point doctoring

There is a way to change the kill/point values in the server's configuration files, but I wouldn't know how to do that for an internet game.

Cmon people, first.. why? honestly why.. cheating out points?

Second.. we shouldnt even be talking about this because Every person that reads this will get ideas.. and some ideas "mainly bad" lead to other things that affect us..

There's no need to close or delete it. Several mods have already discussed having their own stats server for their own mods, all this guy is doing is running his own private stats server, it has no relation to the EA stats server and points and unlocks you earn there aren't forwarded to the EA stats server, it's not cheating because it doesn't give you any advantage over any other players and as far as I know there is no rule against running your own stats server.

Thats what I said the short answer is no.

Meaning that even though you can get so many points for each kill it wont help you getting higher global scores on your BFHQ.

apocalypse_kid is right

the server grands you ranks medals badges and points but the fact
is is this server isent regged to gamespy AKA the ranked-counter
so on that server you get ranks , badges,medal etc.
but thei wont count up on your stats
the admin says that hes got a slow pc (laaaaggy)
and that it will take a few days to update stats
but i thing hes full of BS ;)

You can cheat with your stats in the .py files, although I highly unrecommend that. (they'll ban you)

look in the files again, you will notice that they are editable, on the other hand I dont know if they got the real files stored on their servers just to double check it... dunno really but in the theory it still works.

so maybe that's how Blazin.uk got such a high rank, other than that, he might be an EA game tester
