well said, and I agree. The only way to make these companies understand is to hit them where it counts and that's in their pocketbooks. S |

any beta tester who is not looking for bugs should find another job because they are unqualified to beta test. S |

Re: Battlefield 2: Special Forces Well I have done extensive Beta testing as well and yes it is about both hunting for bugs and features. But mostly bugs from my experiences! :D But im sure all you who have tested before can attirbute to the fact that if you dont have a very open ear from the dev team your efforts go nowhere. Anyways Lets get back on topic ehhh? Even thought the first part of my post was off topic lets put it back on with the comment of ummm. What do you think Night vision and Night do to the game? I want to know if now dark areas will actually conceal you so that it is possible to sneak through areas. At the moment you cannot hide. But if they incldue light and dark areas shouldn't some areas be great ambush and hiding spots for the spec ops teams? Also how will all the commander modes be featured? THey say they are going for some realism towards the special forces class. But that would mean no nifty supply drops and no artillery support. Althought they still probably have Satellite (Almost definite seeing as current day spec ops have it) and UAV is kinda iffy but UAVs are very realistic for surveilance. ALso Will there be any tanks at all? Or will they all just be vehicles that are like cars and trucks? What do you think? |
