Sound Issue w/ DC

Whenever I get into a land vehicle, I hear little crackle and pops in the background (louder when in first person; F9 , and softer when in third person (its third person, right) ; f10)

It was doing this before I changed the sound cache and still does it now that I have it on 600.

Do you mean that you hare some sounds but not others? ex. your in a tank and you use the machine gun but only hear the shells falling and not the firing? I so, I reccomend d/l the custom sounds files from BF1942FILES.COM. My DC sound file was corrupted and this fixed it right up :)

I have all sounds in the game, they run fine. But when, say, I'm in the Hummer driving I hear very faint crackles and pops while I'm driving, only in the driver's position (1). It's louder in F9 and softer in F10; still not too loud, but noticeable.
