Hey all! If you are anything like I was, your tired of the public servers... with thier plane camping smacktards, spawn camping reNards ,and general lack of team play and organization etc... Know what I'm talking about? I bet you do!

I'm just writing to let you know of an alternative to the craptastic Pubs. It is called World At War. I stumbled upon it two months ago, and my life as a BF player has changed forever!

The LOW DOWN...

There are 2 armies.. the Axis and the Allied armies respectivly
Each Army has 2 Divisions.. It changes every campaign, but this last one was Japan and Germany vs. Canada and the U.S.S.R..

We play for 6-8 weeks, with 2 official battles a week. There are ranks and medals awarded after each round and depending on how you participate in the forums. Trust me, it is not just a bunch of "friends promoting friends" there. I knew not a soul before last campaign, and I have been given a command for the upcoming campaign.

You can play as much or as little as you like, and everyone is welcome. Trust me, it is a blast, way better than the pubs could ever be, and you can make plenty of new friends.

Sorry about the rant, but you should really check this site out, I gauruntee you won't be dissapointed!

There is a $3 cover charge when you sign up, but if you can't afford it, there is always someone willing to sponsor a new member. The money doesn't even go into the pockets of the tournament creaters... it just goes to pay for the server.

I would also like to thank this site for letting me post this here... they have a great forum and run it well. :thumbsup:

Hey Chavez do you play 21cw? just wondering because i know a chavez in the [9AU] in 21cw...btw all the mfots tournaments beat the hell out of public gaming. :nodding:

Sorry, the Chavez you are refering to is a different individual. I would play 21cw except for 2 reasons... 1. Being the CO of a company is very time consuming and I would like to focus my attention on that at the moment. 2. My computer is a bit behind the times and playing 21cw with anymore than, say, 15 people makes the game unplayable.

Are you having fun in 21CW? I hear they have had some good fights and have some interesting Generals... MFOTs is the freakin man!
