sometimes when i play my sound just goes an i cant hear anything... any idea on how to fix it!?

this should go in " Problems, Errors, Help & Others" but i suggest downloading the latest drivers for your sound card

Look in Control Panel-System-Hardware-Device Manager expand the tree next to Sound, Video and Game controllers and it should tell you there. There are other ways to do it but this is the easiest for most ppl who don't know this sort of stuff very well. (these instructions are for WinXP but earler OS's are very similar - just look and you shall find)

1. Defenitly find your soundcard and get the latest drivers... this will solve most problems.

2. Do you experience lag when your sounds shut off?
If so, change your Sound, Settings to 16 channels... it will help with lag but it doesn't sound as good. BF is very reputable for having a horrible sound code written into it.
