The lag has gotten worse with 1.3

I have a geforce 2, and 1700 amd mxh processor with 512 megs of ram... Lagged like hell before.. but i just turned down sound quality ingame from 44.1 to 22.1... HUGE Diffrence, b4 i could barely play with textures at 20% and low, now i can play at 80% with almost no lag

I recently changed my sound channels to 16 and i dont lag as much anymore.
