Default What's so good about DC?

When I played DC, I found it mind-boggingly boring. In short, I hate it. What's so good about it? I have much more fun with FH.

It maybe boring to you but some ppl enjoy it, different tastes, different games. BTW I am moving this, it belongs in rants and raves, not modding and editing.

try playing stalingrad with like 64 players, or el ala with 64 players, i doubt youll be saying its boring then.

yeah FH is better, but DC is a change, which is why i play it often although i probebly wont play it again now i have the BF2 demo

its good because...

  2. nice weapons, vehicles (some are better than bf 42's vehicles)
  3. better maps

Yeah it's a change from FH and 1942 really. It can be quite fun, though now BF2 demo is here... DC is a distant memory.

I do forsee a 'nostalgia time' in the future where I'll play DC for a weekend... But until then, BF2 all the way...

ABF is still my fave, DC is ok but you need to be in the right map. Basrah (ourskirts or something like that, i dont remeber the name and i know its not "nights") is an amazing city combat level. Personally I hate desert combat like torburk and galaza but El Alamein is ok, I think it just comes down to what each person likes more.
