SP Co-op maps from conquest?

Hi, Im wondering if its possible to get the maps Ive downloaded in co-op, rather than in conquest?

Co-op maps require specific and significant changes to be made to the .RFA files to get them to run as Co-op. These changes are fairly complex and time consuming to implement so most casual map makers don't bother, or don't know how, to do it. Any maps that support SP and Co-op should be already set up for it and it should state that they can run in these mdos in the readme, otherwise the only option is to edit the maps yourself.
