Well, what do you think? If you ask me, I'd say a video card affects game performance more.

Well if you've got a 1ghz processor and a 9800 pro, the video cards gonna run like crap because it's restricted on how fast it can go.

I'd would say definitely the video card. Jumping from MX440 to 9800xt those months ago made a nice difference.

A intergrated video card sucks. But when my friend changed to a better video card it went much faster online. I say Video Card. I suggest a nice one. Dont buy the expensive ones that will do the same as the other ones.

Processor because without a good processor, even a Radeon X800 will run like crap.

Yeah but it works vice-versa. Since most pc's today come with at least 1.6Ghz +, the video card is your best bet.

nope it depends on both... im running an athlon 64 2800 with a radeon 9600 and everything is cranked up to absoulutely highest and it looks beautiful
