You probabley have a low memory system. Turn off some services ( providing that you are using win 2000/XP ) like your printer spooler and tcp/ip netbios helper. Use the task manager and shut down some unecessary background procesess. Also, turn down the AI CPU power to say 18% Increase it as you play to a level were speed/useability are equal. If you cant run the coop just because its a piece of S$^T I cant help you
