Help: Bandwith server setting

I have recently got a ADSL connection installed
and I was wondering what setting should i use
for the 'server bandwith' setting. It's defintley not
T1 or T3. The icon on the taskbar says 'speed 2.3 mbps'
What should i set AVP2's server bandwith to?

There is also a DLS setting for the bandwidth in avp2, and you have dsl, and the 2.3mbps, is that your download or upload speed?, You want a good upload speed for hosting a server, but which ever it is, you have a really good speed.
