Armada I Question...???

When going into the multiplayer icon of Star Trek: Armada and then logging in, i can't see anyone but beside my name, Animatt, their is something i don't understand...

ex: Animatt 140ms

Somebody plz tell me what this is...

what do you mean it doesnt want to work? you get an error while trying to run it?
