I was thinking about purchasing htis game when I was told from a friend that there are many bugs in the game in relation to Vista, and an 8800.... Is there a patch out to fix this error yet, if so tell me because I want to play this game soo bad. If there isnt a patch is there another way to fix this issue, something about a texture bug?

Most of the bugs are related to Vista. Most of the time 8800's should run fine. Chech the official forums, this thread should help. iB::Topic::Hardware and settings for ArmA
