![]() This thread is for art critique. Submit your work, new or old, to be rated and reviewed by other artists. The point is to help improve the quality and creativeness of your work. As you post, rate the work submitted above you. Feel free to comment on as many works as you'd like, but try to comment on reasonably new submissions. You may post to critique, to submit a work or both. Use a 1-10 scale. 10 being a brilliant piece of work and 1 being a piece in need of MUCH improvement. DO NOT post a rating without explanation of why you think that rating was deserved. Criticism is a wonderful tool if you use it constructively. Please keep that in mind. The general forum rules still apply here. Good luck and Good rating, -The Graphics Team |

![]() This is a signature I made ages, and ages ago. I think it may have been the first fractal I ever used. I won a "Self propaganda" sotw with it way back when. And now I'm just wondering what people (today) think of it. Feel free to rate honestly

| To be honest the age of the sig does show. The text is on the weaker side. And it's too blurry in some parts. 6/10 |

| Give it a "1" already. I know that's what it'll get. I suck at photoshop and I want to learn. So tell me what's wrong with it (just about everything) so I can learn. Not really a sig. Just a photoshopped pic. I know I didn't do well cutting out the pic. And I just don't have a feel for it yet. Spoiler:

| @section 3/10 It has no flow or lighting. and the colors arn't that great and there is no blending. It looks like you took the fracture and put it on a stock with some text. @cock'n'balls 3/10 You just put the image on a background. Try doing some effects and filters in front of the people. |

| 8.5/10 The render is blended in nicely, the background works, colors are good, everything flows in nice. My biggest congrats in fact go to your text. I know that's something that gives issues sometimes but that one's blended in very nice I have to say. Bravo! |

| Alright, I'm going to give this one a 2/10. First, let me say good try. I can see you working on the elements of a good signature. Here's my critique: The signature is a little big, you could crop off the "empty space" at the bottom and still get the same effect. The flow is a little weird, we have blue lines going down, red lines going diagonally, red brushing going up in the back ground and red dots headed horizontally. I also think that the blue lines might be a bit better as a different color. Maybe faded out grey or white ![]() Work on those things for now. Other stuff can come later.
