FileFront is Recruiting.

The FileFront Gaming Network is currently recruiting new staff.
This is a oppertunity to join us to develop the gaming sites on a volunteer basis.
We are looking for staff in the following areas.

Files Poster.
You will be required to download files and test them. Once tested you will then need to post them on the site with a review of that file to compliment the developers description along with rating the file.

News Poster.
News posters should be registered on the games official forums if there is one. From there and other sources you will be required to post items of interest on the sites. Official news item should be word for word but you should be able to write your own articles on non official news items.

General Staff.
While the files and news posters positions are more specific positions there are openings for general staff. These positions are set by our site managers and can include both news and files. However this position also includes responsablity for adding Polls, Picture of the day, Comments Moderation.

Community Driven Sites.
All of our Network sites are staffed by members of the community and as such each one tries to lend itself to those communities. This involves a lot of variation in how each site is run and maintained. Part of this is the introduction of new ideas and features by the staff themselves. You may have seen a few of these staff created features such as Picture of the month. You will be given the freedom to come up with new features that you feel may benefit the community for your respective site.

As a staff member you will have the support of many site managers to make things easier for you. The Network Administrators and Managment are always on hand to answer questions and to directly assist staff should you require it.

Open Positions.
All sites are looking for staff except for SWBF, OFP and Arma2 files.
Sites that require staff urgently are.
Left4Dead
WC3
WoW
Rtcw
DoW
FarCry
This does not mean a site not listed here is not looking for staff so apply even if you do not see the site you want to work at here.

Include your display name on the network and the forums, Your contact email address, Your age (not d.o.b) and tell us a little about yourself.

I submitted an application via the email provided in the original post. I'm not necessarily new to the community, as I've been a member for over a year. However, I understand that my lack of activity throughout that last year does not make me a great candidate for the "news poster" position I applied for.

i want to join Kotor Files/ Halo Files (As a File Poster) i applied by Email But i may not have done it right

Reason Kotor Mods are always Fun
and most Halo Mods are New maps which is Amazingly Fun

Your application was very vague. You did not state which site you were applying for.
If it is the main site then sorry but that aspect of FileFront is delt with at a much higher level.

I apologize for not specifying the sites previously. As I said in my Private Message I was in a bit of a rush when writing the application. Hopefully my Private Message will specify the information you're looking for. If I'm still missing something, let me know.
