Absolute Requirements: You will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement(NDA) as you will have access to some confidential information. Also, we require that you be at least 16 years of age.
Position: Data Entry/Content Description:
Content staff will be in charge of editing, adding and maintaining the extensive content you find at FileFront. Please note this job is data entry and not for the fair weather friends. Training will be given.
Position: FileFront Customer/User Support (position currently filled) Description:
Support Staff will respond to trouble tickets in a timely and professional matter. They will remain calm even in the "face" of a rude customer, and know when to ask for help. Basic internet troubleshooting is a must, but training will be given.
*note We may not be able to pay you (you would be volunteer staff) you will be given benefits for your services. Please do not apply just for the perks as I will not accept it.

I've always wanted to be technical support for something, as I am sure I would do a good job. n0e, how time consuming is this? I already have alot on my plate as it is, if your talking 4-10 emails & threads, and even IRC support a day, than I would be willing to help out .
