Titans Expansion slow down

The Titans Expansion dramatically slow down after 15 min of playing. Maybe someone can resolve this problem ?

Does this keep happening every time you play or only this time. Usually, the reason why it slows down is because your computer is not good enough to play the game or the game was under idle for a long time(leaving the computer or playing the game but not looking at the other parts of the map).
