Default Reboot problem!

hey all,

i got aom yesterday, and when i was finnished installing/updating i tryed the game out ... double clicked the desktop icon and reboot instantly. i uninstalled and installed it again 3 times (even on diff drives) but it still wont run on this pc .

my specs are amd3000, 1gig ram,GF4 ti4600, SBlive 1024
DX 9, and pretty recent nvidia drivers (52.16)

anyone know the problem?

does any other files reboot the computer? If no, there might be a problem with the game. it would be best to return the game for a new one.

does it say anything when you try to open the game? like "Initialization failed" ?

Kebax: nope only with this one all other games i have on pc works fine.

Auron: it pops a window but when i click it nothing happens, pc allready froze up (i only have 2 sec before pc reboots)

does the window say anything? also try playing the game in safe mode.

the window dous, say anything but its gone to fast before i can read anything

update: just tryed the safe video mode, and the no sound mode and it reboots instantly on both aswell

there might be something wrong with game. get a replacement or try updating your computer with windows update to see if it works.

i did return it this morning, he installed it and it worked right away no reboots on his pc)

result: no refund, no new one. must be somthing with my system

then try updating your computer with windows update. if it doesn't work, I can't help you.
