Hey guys..
I have a question and I can't freakin solve it. I have a GErman version of the AOE3 and I need to translate it to English..is it even POSSIBLE? I have spend a huge amount of time trying to find the damn thing..and so far no luck....Please....if ANYONE knows how to do it PLEASE tell me

I'm afraid it isn't possible. You'll have to buy the English version of the game.
