There's nothing wrong with mentioning there's a system that controls the network sites. It should be obvious knowledge.

Besides, think of it this way, if I say it then you can be assured it's not an NDA violation. I'm uber paranoid about these things and wouldn't divulge any protected information.

not according to our lawyers. I don't know how it all works, I was just told after ZD left that the NDA is still valid to everyone currently under it.

I've never understood why people have trouble understanding legal documents. All you have to do is read the literal exact meaning of the document. This issue is covered under Section 4B and binds the parties successors, meaning the people that succeeded ZDM.

Technically, someone should do a find & replace in the current one to remove the references to ZDM as it's a bit sloppy leaving them in but it's still valid.
