Sad but true. Halo was an awesome game for sure, but it came out in 2001. Interest just declines...even UT2004, which is still one of my favorite games today, has hardly anyone playing anymore.

I'm still rather surprised at how poorly Halo 2 for Vista went. Nobody bought it, probably because it was released when 90% of people were still using XP. Halo 1 modding was huge back in its prime, and I still have countless hundreds of megabytes of user-made maps for Halo Custom Edition. Halo 2 modding just never caught on, though. And Halo 3 is most likely not going to be out on PC, so we're not going to get a chance to mod it.

To its credit, Halo 2 for Vista is so far the only game that lets you play before the game is fully installed.
