Howdy Folks,

Here at FileFront we're having a changing of the guard. Lord Wiener, our Forum Staff Manager, is stepping down from his responsibilities to focus more on school and a career afterwards. He will still be around and is an honored addition to our Advanced Member ranks. I tip my hat to you good sir and ask that you don't be a stranger.

It's also my great pleasure to announce that MrFancyPants will be taking over his role on Sunday after his 1 day traditional ban on the forums. Use this time to create threads that torment and tease the poor guy while he can't reply to you.

Will his pants still be fancy? Also, why is there a ban. I know it's traditional but there has to be more to it then that.

The tradition was started years ago as a 'initiation' of sorts and as a way to let the admins know how it feels to be banned from the forums. It's a way to try and remember to show restraint when dishing out punishment.

It was started by a former admin who we're better off not having, but this tradition seem to stick as it was always popular with every level of forum member.
