I haven't worked on the staff style(s) yet. I will be using these styles to try and locate the java error and return the rep to the popup. The other styles were fixed using a quick fix for now.

If you wish to give rep, all you would have to do is change a style real quick via the style selection bar at the bottom of the forums, give the rep, and then change it back. It's quick.

One of the more recent vBulletin updates changed the rep to not be a popup. It is working as designed.

I'm sure you can change it back sometime though, if that's what you are trying to do, but it's not a 'problem'.
